Any repetitive task important or time wasting you can training someone and should  always outsource it (only one I do is financials for obvious reasons).  

Anything a computer can do, like order filling, confirmation emails, FAQ, you should have programmed and not have your outsource person spend time on it.

You would love some tasks, I enjoy talking to customers, however until I outsource the customer service as much as I enjoyed it, I was not truly free.  Dont let your emotion stop you for getting bigger goals.  Ask yourself would you do this not for money? If yes, then keep doing it.  If no, then outsource it.

Obviously, I&#039;m interested that more and more businesses are outsourcing their IT to the likes of Pensar, but there are so many other non-core activities that can be outsourced and, if you&#039;re really being honest, done better.</description>
