Love this in general, and especially Tip #6 for systematizing the testimonial process. Having it in your autoresponder is an awesome idea, and one that we&#039;re going to put into use right away (why didn&#039;t I think of that one sooner?!). 

AND it kills two birds with one stone - it takes care of Tip #2, the asking, while eliminating the self-consciousness aspect that sometimes trips people up.
