I'm starting down that road of "giving talks" starting in the morning with a small network group I belong to. Talking to a crowd isn't a issue for me (know many people for whom it is - designed a workshop to overcome it this year), it's letting them know what it is that I do in a more structured manner than a three minute pitch. I can give them some benefitial tips to help them with their businesses and they will get the benefit of that and over time that will lead to more talks, and more attendees at my workshops and seminars.
